Q) How long does shipping take?

A) Transit times depend on your state and postal code. It could take anywhere from 2 business days to 6 business days. Please refer to Shipping Questions for more information.

Q) How much does shipping cost?

A) Irrespective of the dimensions or weight of your order, our standard ground shipping fee to mainland USA stands at a flat rate of $8.49.

Q) How long does it take to pick, pack and ship an order?

A) Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process and ship. We pack orders on Sundays, but couriers only pick them up from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Bigger or more complex orders might take longer to pack, which could add an extra processing day. Delays can also happen during busy holidays and bad weather.

Q) I placed an order but put in the wrong address is it too late to change?

A) We can only modify shipping addresses within 2 hours of order placement. If the order hasn't shipped on the day the order was placed, changes are allowed until 10 AM of the next business day.

Please note that changing the shipping address may be impossible once an order is processed and assigned a tracking number.

A) All products being returned must be unused and in a saleable condition. 

If you return products that are used and not in a saleable condition, a refund will not be issued.

A) No, our balloons are sold deflated.
