Order Modification and Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cut-off Time for Order Changes:
    • If your order was placed after 3 PM on a weekday and has not been shipped the same business day, you have until 10 AM on the following business day to request changes or cancel your order.
    • If your order was placed over the weekend, you have until 10 AM on Monday to make changes or cancel your order.
  2. How to Request Changes: To make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@balloonatex.com or at the form below as soon as possible. Kindly provide your email used to place the order and your order number for prompt assistance.
  3. Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped and has departed our warehouse, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel the order or make any further changes.
  4. Processing Time and Delivery Delay: Please be aware that requesting changes to your order may take 24 to 48 hours to process, and it could lead to a delay in the delivery of your order.
